The challenge
B2B prospecting lives and dies on data. Sales and marketing teams burn hours stitching together contact lists from scattered sources, only to find the information is incomplete or already out of date by the time they act on it. The right prospect is hard to isolate, and even when found, the details needed to reach them are unreliable.
OneMoreLead needed to solve two problems at once. First, give users a fast, precise way to find the right audience, filtering by criteria like location, industry, technologies, job title, and inferred salary so they could zero in on exactly who they wanted to reach. Second, and just as important, keep the underlying company and contact data accurate over time, so a list built today is still useful next month. A prospecting tool is only as good as the freshness of the data behind it.
The product also had to feel effortless. If finding and organizing leads is tedious, people abandon the workflow, so the experience needed to be clean, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to use.
Our approach
For the UX and UI, Polyuno focused on a streamlined, beautiful, and efficient experience. The interface uses generous whitespace, a minimal brand color palette, and straightforward typography to create something elegant and easy on the eyes, while keeping the powerful filters in prospect search and the lead-management tools fast and easy to operate.

On the front end, every feature and tool is reachable from the main dashboard. The filters in prospect search let users narrow results quickly by specific criteria, and the lead-management view lets teams track and organize leads so no potential customer slips through the cracks. The backend was built with the same ease of use in mind, maintaining the brand's visual identity for consistency and grounded in research into current technologies so it stays highly functional and efficient.
